Hi, if somebody is willing to initiate that idea, I'd like to add 2cents: having the ability to add a wrapup code would allow to review this operation more transparently. It's most probably not the way we'll close many conversation, but it remains a 'weak spot' in the coverage of our conversation live-cycle monitoring still.

I believe you would need to raise a case with Genesys Customer Care to find out who used the disconnect tool to disconnect an interaction so that they can check the backend logs.
I am surprised it hasn't been added to the ideas portal and would certainly recommend raising an Idea for this to be added to the Audit.

Hi all,
Does anyone know if its possible to see who (user ID or name) disconnected an interaction using the admin "Disconnect Interactions" feature?
I've looked at the Interaction in the UI, Audit viewer, operational console and looking at various Conversation API's, however haven't managed to find an answer.
I've also had a quick look in the Ideas portal but cant see anything obvious requested.
