Hi, if somebody is willing to initiate that idea, I'd like to add 2cents: having the ability to add a wrapup code would allow to review this operation more transparently. It's most probably not the way we'll close many conversation, but it remains a 'weak spot' in the coverage of our conversation live-cycle monitoring still.

I believe you would need to raise a case with Genesys Customer Care to find out who used the disconnect tool to disconnect an interaction so that they can check the backend logs.
I am surprised it hasn't been added to the ideas portal and would certainly recommend raising an Idea for this to be added to the Audit.
