Depending on your regular schedule then it's usually best practice to only add the closed times. If your normal hours are 9-5 all week (for ease) but during the holiday period, you are only open from 10-4 then you would just add closed holiday hours for 9-10 and 4-5 Hope that makes sense. This ...
