  • 1.  Is it possible to search on Participant Data?

    Not able to identify a way to filter Interaction using a Participant Data and display as columns on the Interaction View .  Is it possible?

    Not at this time.  When we get the Top-N stuff for sorting columns, we might be able to.  For now, you have to search for a user, queue, flow, ANI, DNIS, etc. depending on what type of participant you are looking for.
