    Good Day,

    I have a request from my company to see if there is a way to remove Preferred Language selection in Preferences. I've googled, searched in the roles permission's for a permission that needs to be removed & looked in the Org settings. Is Preferred Language a feature that is baked into Genesys & cannot be removed or restricted?

    Hello Tim,

    I believe that is a core feature of the User Preferences and I'm not aware of any way to disable or to hide that. If this is something that you would like to see changed in Genesys Cloud, I would recommend submitting it as an Idea in the Product Ideas Lab.
