    You're definitely in the right place to learn more - make sure you've joined the Genesys Cloud - Main community where you can see all the questions/answers that have already been posted and if you have some of your own, join in! 

    If you like to have fun and play in events and contests, make sure you join the Genesys Casual and Trivia Tower communities. We have super fun prizes we give away for winners. 

    We have a really awesome community, with lots of experts on Genesys Cloud and fun to be had. So glad you're here!

    True...and at 6' 4" I didn't look much like a local...but I never had any trouble as long as I stayed within the city.
