    Hello All,

    i have set up the broadcast functionality in WDE configuration option in GA as mentioned in below link . Can you please let me know how can i  test this functionality using WFM ?

    Workspace enables agents to receive messages that are sent simultaneously (broadcast) to multiple contact center parties. You must use an application that can publish messages, associated by topic, to a common communication DN. Workspace employs a simple protocol based on communication DN and provisioning to enable this functionality.

    Hi Kavana,

    I dont use Genesys WFM, however I'm not aware of any Generally Available Genesys Software that would let you to manually create a broadcast.  I believe you'd need to use the SDK to create your own application to do so.
