  • 1.  When does Cherry Picking get released?

    I thought I had read some time back that cherry picking would be released some time this year ?  We could sure use it... Our setup forces callers in to callback only mode when the queue reaches a certain high point.  Sometimes when the queue hovers around this threshold waiting callers get in and then have to wait behind all the long callbacks.  We'd like to be able to answer those live callers b/c a callback caller won't care if they have to wait 1 minute extra when they have already waited 45.  I know we could accomplish this another way, but cherry picking would be the easiest.  Thoughts ?

    Hey Ramsey, went back on my quarterly updates from October 2018. There was no set date for "Cherry Picking (CPLA-I-351)" just stating it was on the target list  and begins once the planned features are completed which were "Access Control, Last known agent routing and acd conference".

    So still no cherry picking. Wonder how far down the roadmap this is by now?
