Hello,
I have a set of keywords defined in the Interaction Administrator - for a workgroup. In the ICBM I can see the Keyword are being recognized for the calls coming in for the defined Workgroup.
Now, for each time a keyword is recognized, I have to build a handler with some custom functionality.
Do we know which System Handler will be triggered when the Analyzer recognizes a keyword on the call, so that I can add my custom handler there?
