Hi,
We plan to use On Demand survey for both inbound and outbound calls. From the survey, we would like to have a report with the following fields
- User name / ID of the agent
- Caller & Recipient's phone numbers
- Workgroup (optional)
- Date & time of survey conducted
Apparently, the built-in report under ICBM doesn't show the above fields due to our current version (2016 R2) and was told that version 2018 is able to solve it.
While waiting for an upgrade to version 2018, the only solution is to run manual SQL statement at the backend to have the required report.
1. Is there anyone who can provide a SQL statement to achieve the report?
2. I took a quick look at the SQL table, found the dbo.SurveyDetail but how do i link it with agent/caller details?
