We have chat up and working and has been for a few months. Suddenly we started seeing that 25% of the time the CIC server is not receiving the Eic_Custom Info attribute from the Chat server and i have some question on the Chat JavaScripts that run on the chat server.
I have reviewed the IP and Notifier logs and verified that the Eic_customeinfo field is blank from the webserver. Are there any other logs i should be looking at? Anybody have experiance with an issue like this
