I am trying to figure out how to play audio to a Handler built custom conference members at the same time.  Most of the audio tool steps will only play audio to one leg/interaction of the conference at a time.  Does anyone recommend a toolstep to play an audio announcement to all parties of the conference at the same time?

I generally query the conference and play to one of the participants and it gets played to all.
