    Hello All,

    My PC(windows10) got update, after updating it I am getting error for GenSSL. 

    I have updated my windows 2012 R2 server also but still its not working. Any solution?

    Remove old folder(trusted certificates) on the below mentioned path and logged in CIC generated new certificate on this path and  I am able to login.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Interactive Intelligence\Certificates\Client\Remote_Client
