    My environment : PureConnect over CAAS v. 2018 R1

    Actual vs Forecast Historical Analysis

    Is this report in Interaction Optimizer still supported? I have attempted to generate using only a date variable, a date and schedule variable and a date, schedule and workgroup variable. In each attempt the report resolves but without any data.

    I did discover that the Forecast Date/Time variable works with This Week/Last Week. I was previously using Yesterday when I was receiving blank results.
