Hi,
I'm a french user and in our business, we recently implement Callback with GMS platform.
Before, we use "asynchronous callback" et have reports in Interactiv Insight on Integrated(requested?) callback by Date/Hour .
How to have the same report with GMS? My internal support says it's not possible anymore to follow this in Insight because insight use SQL query and GMS use Web (html or xml i don't remenber) query....
This KPI is important for us to analyse and adapt planification agent.
Can you give me some information how to do same as before?
