    I am seeking input from other customers who are using the GCXI historical reporting platform. My company was involved with EAP for GCXI and we are considering switching over completely from GI2 to GCXI, but we are encountering some challenges. We are unable to troubleshoot when our customers have scheduled reports that fail, due to lack of error messages, and lack of visibility to subscriptions not created by ourselves. Are you using GCXI and willing to share your experiences?

    That is correct.

    We do not have access to the CIM where you can see that.

    A work around is to share the report with the administrator, so they can see the subscriptions.
