Jim Fox is our featured Instructor of the Month for December!
Jim has been with Genesys over 7.5 years as an instructor and had previously taught for 2 years at Avaya. The majority of his time in the industry has been in a technical support role for telecommunications and contact center technologies. He also helped run an organization of Partners of Nortel (Distributor Alliance Council) to improve what Nortel did to help the partners to be better able to deliver the contact center solutions customers were wanting. This included setting up knowledge transfer and educational opportunities for partners. These experiences made for an easy transition to delivering training.

Jim's favorite classes to teach are any of the courses that deal with routing interactions. Incorporating the business processes and rules into the technology for customers which helps them improve how they work with their customers.
Jim's hobbies are taking care of his 2 dogs and 3 horses. He has an Irish Setter and St Bernard. The horses are 2 Tennessee Walkers and a mixed Peruvian Pony-Shetlend Pony-Welsh Pony-Other.
Jim's favorite vacation spots are in Western and Northern Wisconsin. These are great places to relax and enjoy what nature has to offer; land, sun, water and change of seasons.
Jim lives in Muskego, Wisconsin which is a suburb of Milwaukee He has been a full-time teleworker sense 1999 through a half dozen different job roles. The area is very comfortable to live in, people are very friendly and easy to get out and enjoy nature in many wonderful areas of Wisconsin.
