Reinhard has been an instructor for over
20 years because t
eaching is the best job in the world. No two days are the same! He currently specializes in our Engage platform. Framework Routing & Reporting Foundation is his favorite to teach. This is typically the first Genesys Engage course a person attends and it provides Reinhard the opportunity to inspire new users!
Reinhard's favorite vacation was to Tuscany in Italy because there was so much b
eautiful scenery, wonderful food, a relaxing atmosphere, and friendly people!
Reinhard is currently teaching classes from Germany and says this: "
Because of its lifestyle, Munich is often referred to as the most northerly city of Italy. People sit outside as soon as the sun comes out. Cafés, parks, and in particular the Biergarten, a Munich institution, are popular places to be!" Sounds like a place I need to put on my list to see!
