Hello there,
We are trying to implement Chat APIs for our mobile application. we are using the documentation from
https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GMS/8.5.2/API/ChatAPIv2
However, we are not seeing the chats notifications coming to an agent in agent workspace when we call request chat/refresh/send APIs.
We checked the agent has required skills to receive that because for the same user and same agent we can receive the chat from widget that is already implemented on our Portal side. We are now working with APIs for our mobile app.
