Hello All!
I'm running a campaign where maximum call attempt is set at 2. There is the expectation that after a second call attempt is completed on a record, the record_status should be set to [record_status=updated].
However, I'm finding some records where:
record_type = General
record_status = Ready
call_result = Answer, Unknown Call Result
Attempt = 2
What scenario would generate a call record where record_status is still set to "ready" even after the maximum attempts have been completed?
