Is anyone having difficulties with CCPulse+ and Windows 10 version 1909 build 18363.959 (or later)?
Some users are having issues with CCPulse v8.1.100.58 closing unexpectedly, while in the background, and without error message/notification. It literally disappears off the Windows task bar, and you might not even realise until you try to switch to CCPulse+ and realise it's no longer open. Where this issue occurs, it generally persists until the PC is restarted – you can relaunch and it'll work for a while, but it will eventually disappear again and again. It does not occur every time the PC is used, and sometimes a session will remain open for an entire day until the PC is shut down at end of day.
I'm asking my tech teams to update us to the latest hotfix, although the release notes suggest this will not resolve the issue. Has anyone encountered this issue, and know of anything which may assist?
