We are looking to implement redaction or masking of PII data in the UCS database for the chat and email transcripts. I've been searching through user guides and community articles and i'm not finding a setting but perhaps its just that i'm not searching the right term. Would we need to solution something on the inbound route of the interactions, similar in functionality to the secure logging setting in composer? Appreciate the help!
