Our WFM Team is requesting that agents should see the start and end time on the default view for schedule bidding. Currently, the agents are seeing it in the classic view.
Has anyone has success displaying the start and end time in the default view of each profile agent schedule opened for bidding instead of clicking on each schedule? The start and end times are currently displayed in the classic view, however as shown below in the default view the times are not displayed for the profile agent schedules. If we cannot display the times, are there any other alternatives that would help the agents pick the schedules in a more timely manner?
In addition, when an agent selects multiple bids in schedule bidding, what order are the bids processed in?
