We know you already know and love Genesys Tempo™, but today we’re happy to share the latest updates for our mobile app for Genesys Cloud™. Through Tempo™, agents can view their schedule, submit time-off requests, and keep track of their working hours quickly and efficiently; and now, agents can receive push notifications to let them know about schedule adds, changes or removals, and notifications for approved or denied time-off requests.
