Hey all,
I pull reports for evaluations - ie the Agent Quality Details Report
I've noticed that the Evaluation Date/Time field shows different dates/time compared to the actual evaluation form...
eg from the report
For the first form:
and the second one:
The call date and time is correct, but the eval data in the report is way off the eval date in the evaluation itself which is correct...
Anyone else noticed this issue?
