DID Porting - Location Blank

    ISSUE RESOLVED:  Import file had a duplicate value....
    First time poster....hopefully this is the right spot.

    Just ported over a stack of Toll Free #'s just fine.  Location drop down was available and showed our single location as an option.  Go to port a block of <250 DID's, location option is blank.  Drop down blank.  Tried (3) different web browsers across two different computers.  Our single location does show in the Admin/Locations area, just won't come up for a DID port.

    Any thoughts?
