  • 1.  Export Request Limit

    I am beginning to setup automated reports, however after I have setup 20 reports I now get an error 'Export request limit exceeded'.  Is there a stop after 20 reports or is this possible a role or permission setting that needs to be updated.  Any help would be great.  Thank you.

    Hi Matt,

    I was wondering the same thing. Unfortunately, there is a limit of 20 reports.
    That was also on the support page but not anymore.

    I created a second user and planned all other reports there. Maybe you could post an idea so that it can be included in the next release if necessary.

    Hello!  We are investigating options to raise the export limit as well as bring in a feature to allow editing of the schedules as well.  We're tracking that idea here https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-868 where it will reflect the current state of the project and we'll communicate out further information once this begins to make progress.
