Hello,
I am attempting to follow the documentation on
configuring Genesys Cloud campaign setting information for Salesforce but am unable to have my lookup fields populate. When I do the Retrieve the campaign options from Genesys Cloud It says it does so successfully:
I have multiple queues set up along with a script, but they do not show up in salesforce. Any ideas why it does not receive it?
