Sorry but I have not learned the Genesys/PureCloud jargon and that make it difficult for me to find answers when searching the knowledge base.
In one of our flows we are using the command to Set Participant Data. My understanding is this writes a value to the packet of information about the call that stays with the call as it travels thru the system. Is this called the "conversation"?
I would like to read this packet of information to make sure that the value is being written and what the value looks like.
My understanding is I could use the Developer Tools API Explorer to be able to do this. At this point I'm stuck. My best guess is I will need to know the conversationid to do this and I'm not sure how to find that.
The reason I want to read this is I'm attempting to prompt the caller to enter a call back phone number for them to take a survey. I have created the prompt and attempted to capture the number. Now I want to read the packet to see if I was successful or not.
