  • 1.  External call forwarding voicemail

    I see in my own profile that when I forward to an external number (a cell phone) there is an option to use the external phone's voicemail or use the Genesys voicemail. Is it possible to control this for users? I want to prevent them from ever using their personal voicemail.

    Dustin,

    Not that we have found.  We put in an idea, https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/TEL-I-240.

    Also, if users manually ignore there calls or end up blocking the caller ID they receive calls from Genesys from, these end up in their cell phone's voicemail regardless.
