    I had a request from a manager who has a team that tries to dodge work...  Is there a custom report or audit in PureCloud or in the appfoundry that would allow a manager customer activity while logged into PureCloud?  The activity for ACD and non ACD is useful for when they are on the phones, but this is strictly for the users who are great at wasting time. 

    The team itself is mostly outbound, and have very little inbound.
