    The chat component of Genesys DX can work on virtually any website. You can add it through the provided javascript code for a floating chat widget that can exist on the site or an iframe to embed on pages like support centers.

    To do this go to your admin section and go to CHANNELS.

    From here you can click static or floating chat. Then you'll either create a new chat or modify an existing one. Either way, there is an option on this page called HTML. Clicking that will give you the ability to generate the necessary code.
