By default the chat widget pops up and goes to a specific workgroup via a landing page
Is the any workarounds so chat widget goes to different workgroups on the same landing page?
is there a way not have the widget pop automatically?
can chat widget be activated by user?
for example
1. click here to chat with customer service.
2. click here to chat with sales
Or what other ways can we go about this?
