Again, I appreciate any advise. We are building out a 3rd PureConnect platform (CIC 2019 R2) for development and I am trying to get the CIC for Salesforce integration working.
When I answer the call in Salesforce, I get the error "
Failed to save a call log for 1 (xxx) xxx-xxxx." in the Call Notes box in the CIC/Saleforce soft phone. I do not get this error on our QA & Prod platforms. What am I missing?
