  • 1.  Available Attribute for DNIS Display in Views

    Posted 07-15-2020 08:53
Hi - I'm looking to see if there is a viable attribute that can be used to display the DNIS dialed by the customer.  I thought I had found it in Eic_CalledTn, but the testing I've done doesn't populate anything.  Our business has 4 production lines and it would be helpful for our closing supervisors/managers to see which business lines are getting calls as we approach the closing time for each.

    Thanks!

Actually, I found it in Eic_LocalTN.  I should be all set now. Thanks!

Correction - Eic_LocalTN didn't do it.  Any suggestions?

We set RemoteName variable to the name of the promotion based on DNIS in attendant so the agents know which promotion is being called.
Supervisors can also display DNIS by adding the custom queue column in IA using attribute IntAtt_LocalTn

Hi Patrick - thanks for this information.  I was able to set up a queue column using InAtt_LocalTn, which now display the business line number.  This will now assist our supervisors/managers who are responsible for closing the call centers at night to know which IVR a call is active in, based on the business line number.

I also found attribute Eic_IVRAppName, which we can use to display the specific IVR name, which will also help with identifying active calls in a specific IVR app.

    Again, many thanks!
