    Are there any good resources available for learning about CIC logging and log viewing for troubleshooting?

    Start out using Snap shot for IP logs and read ACD server Logs in log viewer.

    ACD is pretty straight forward read and using snap shot to read IP for call flow is pretty simple. That will get your feet wet at least.
