Our contact center system is working with high volume- Mixed mode-inbounds+Dialers
Each inbound IVR application uses about 8 WS request.
We've noticed that we get "Timeout" events in certain times a day (changing ..).lets say 50 a day out of 10K inboundcalls.
Seems like at a certain time we have a peak using WS request that causing it...
For my understanding a server can use 65,000 outgoing TCP request (open connection)...
All th above makes me wonder is there an IA parameter or defined WS request limit in the CIC we can configure to reduce Timeouts from WS requests?
