  • 1.  Acd Specify Interaction Category - Callback

    I tried using Acd Categories in a custom handler in order to assign callbacks only to specific agents in a queue - not to just any agent in the queue, but it doesn't seem to work, the callbacks enter the queue but the category doesn't get assigned, with calls his works great, but not with callbacks, any help would be appriciated.

    Where ./ When do you assign it?

    I assume before it hits queue so its getting stripped in some default logic most likely.

    have you looked at IP logs just in SNAPSHOT real quick to see if you can find where it stripped?

    you may just try using: Custom_AcdCategoriesAdd

    Then let ACDProcessCategories Hnalder add it

    2001761743, AttrNames=<Custom_AcdCategoriesAdd|Custom_AcdCategoriesRemove>, Returns={,}
