  • 1.  Interaction Center is not responding

    Hi all,
    We have a interesting problem.
    We are using ININ 2017R2 and there are 3 Off Session Manager Server.We have different locations in different cities.

    One of them there is a problem , sometimes there is an error on the Interaction Scripter screen "Interaction Center Not Responding" and click to ok ,then application closed.They can be login again and working well.Sometimes it is working good all day, sometimes there is an error two or three time in a day.

    The same calling has different location but there is no problem in there and there is not any problem other location.
    When I was looking client logs , there is an information."Caught exception. Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."
    By the way , there no any problem customer talking , sipsoftphone is good working at the same time.
    We checked network configuration and other network parts ,there is no any problem.We don't have firewall as well.

    Does anyone have an idea ?
