    Are the IO_* and related database objects going to be properly documented in the Reporting Data Dictionary?  

    More over, when is the Reporting Data Dictionary going to be updated to contain all database objects and their column definitions?

    Hey Trent!  Hope things are going well with you!

    Which specific IO_* values are you looking for documentation on and from which tables?  

    On the Reporting Data Dictionary, currently it only covers the database objects in the base set of reports.  However, there are other data dictionaries available for other products separate from the Reporting dictionary such as https://help.genesys.com/cic/mergedProjects/wh_tr/desktop/pdfs/iqm_data_dictionary_tr.pdf for all of the Quality Management products.  Do have specific database objects in mind here?

    Yep.  Pretty much all tables in the database beginning their name with IO_.  So alphabetically speaking (if that makes sense?), everything from IO_AcceptableTradeStart through IO_Workgroup. 

    These Optimizer based tables need to be documented with the same granularity that we already have for tables like InteractionSummary, AgentActivityLog, the QM tables you mention, and the calldetail_viw view.
