For months now, we have been experiencing instances of the My Quality Results tab disappearing without warning. Agents who had it one day will log in and find it gone and no longer in the views library. In each instances, I have confirmed that the user license is still assigned to the agent. The issue is very intermittent and never seems to occur with the same agent. The instances are always random.
The only work-around that I have found is to disengage and then re-engage the license. I'm curious to see if there is anyone else who has encountered this issue.
If yes - has the root cause been identified yet? And is there a solution on the horizon?
