Moving to the new CGXI, I figured I'd make a simple report to become acclimated with the UI.
I wanted to make a report that simply showed
Agents and their respective service level (calls answered within 60s). However, I can't use it here (it wont drag or allow me to right click and filter) and it won't allow me to add it as a filter to the report. I figure I am missing something or perhaps there is an easier way to display agent and % of calls answered in less than 60s.
