GCAP Members of the Month!

    I am very pleased to announce the GCAP Members of the Month are Nicole Rastall and Meng Yong Choo!

    Nicole stands as a Top 25 Contributor and was able to engage members in the PureConnect Community by asking a technical question that was relevant to others in the community. This drove some members to look up more information to provide her with answers, and 5 unique members were able to contribute to the thread. Nicole expressed her thanks to the members in the community for helping her and stated that she was learning a lot from the responses. She has created positive conversation and utilized the community to learn. 

    Meng Yong Choo was able to provide a response to a technical question that was incredibly detailed and included a step-by-step process as well a screenshot to assist. He was able to communicate an answer that was practical in a way that was easy to understand, and he went out of his way to provide a fellow member a solution to their complicated issue. Meng Yong Choo is a problem-solver and has utilized the community to spread his knowledge.

    For their strong engagements in the community, both members are being awarded 5000 GCAP Points!
