Hey Gina,
Unfortunately there isn't an option that will show the name of the specific time-off limit, but if you are in a browser you can find the EntityID by going to the specific time off limit and copying the final alphanumeric code in the address bar.
It should look something like /directory/#/admin/wfm/timeOffLimits/<Management Unit ID>/<Time-Off Limit EntityID>
There is also an Idea on the Product Ideas Lab to include Entity Names in the Audit Viewer and I would recommend voting on WEQUAL-I-250 and adding your use case to the comments so it can be considered for future development.

Subject: Audit Viewer Information
Currently, when I look at the Audit Viewer detail, I cannot see exactly what was changed in an easily usable way. For example, I want to see which Time Off Limit was changed. I see an "Entity Id" which I think may be the alphanumeric coding for a specific Time Off Limits table, but there is nothing listed under the Entity Name. Shouldn't this be where the actual Time Off Limit name appears?
Also, if I activate or de-activate a specific agent's queue, the actual name of the agent is not listed in the details. Does anyone know if there is a setting I need to turn on to see the actual names and not the alphanumeric codes?
