    Does Genesys have any plans to have a broadcast notification or would they be considering this in the roadmap.

    This would be used to make associates aware of any issues or best practices.

    Are you thinking the traditional banner at the top of the page? or something else?

    Thinking more the traditional banner at the top of the page. Possibly for issues facing the call center. Bad weather, increased call volume due to an event and so forth.
