  • 1.  Can you forward an Extension?

    Just working on an issue where the Agent has an assigned extension however her calls are flowing to the queue;need to have her calls go to her or voicemail.

    Did you configure DID number to this extension? 

    Do you want to route an external number to this extension i guess..
