  • 1.  Genesys Messenger Conversation auto-start with Google dialogflow ES bot

    Hi Community,

    As part of recent release, now we have conversation auto-start feature in Messenger Channel, this is working when we have send response in architect flow before calling the GDF bot. We want the welcome message from GDF to populate once customer clicks on the messenger, is anybody know how we can do this? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Fnu,
    With Auto-Start enabled, you may want to invoke GDF by passing an "Initial Event Name" in the corresponding Call Bot action, and then build your GDF to react upon that event (so it doesn't have to wait for input text). Is that logic already in place and not working as expected?
