    Hi everyone,

    Today we extended the features in Genesys Cloud for Development and Feedback. This new enhancement allows recommended completion times to be included with learning modules. Furthermore if your organisation has Workforce Management enabled you can make use of an optimised search that utilises the agents schedule. 

    Introducing Improved Module Scheduling

    Recommended Time to Complete allows Learning Administrators to set the appropriate duration expectation for learning content. When supervisors access the learning catalogue they will see this information to act as a guide for the content they may elect to assign to their agents.

    Organisations using Workforce Management can automatically pull through the recommended duration and search across the schedule for an optimal time taking staffing difference into account. You can of course choose to adjust the module duration at the time of the assignment to better serve the learning needs of an individual.
