    The Operational Console beta opened up for registration at noon eastern time today but the form is still being blocked from use.

    Hello @Ryan Cheesman , I apologize for the confusion. The announcement came out to notify individuals before registration opens. It should open up starting tomorrow (5/10) for registration.
