  • 1.  what api integration is preferred or works the best

    We have been working primarily as an inbound call center and using another cloud based system for outbound dialing campaigns.

    Looking into doing both with our Genesys Pure cloud solution and was poking around in integrations and curious if there is a preferred method for clients to create and append outbound contacts list

    I'm not sure about preferred, but take a look at the Genesys Outbound APIs, for example to append a contact list you could use POST /api/v2/outbound/contactlists/{contactListId}/contacts (https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#post-api-v2-outbound-contactlists--contactListId--contacts)
