One of the most requested features for Genesys Cloud is the ability to share chat transcripts with customers. ChatTranscriptsCX solves this need by integrating the ability to share transcripts directly into the WebMessenger UI. We did not limit this feature to native Genesys WebMessaging, but also included social platforms such as Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.
